Once the Deployment Training Material is prepared, training sessions must be conducted to all relevant stakeholders to
communicate the key differences and changes made in each release. This knowledge sharing sessions must ensure that the
Delivery Teams and support teams are equipped for the post release support activities, as well the normal operations as a
part of Service Run .
Once the training is completed, the Deployment Training Records must be updated with requisite details on the
training.
